Please review the proposed changes to the Bethel constitution. An electronic version is posted on our website, Proposed Constitution, and hard copies will be available outside the church office. Some changes are required by the ELCA; some hope to add clarity. A few have more significance (such as expanding the number of council members and adding the position of the President-Elect).
